Each week your progress will be monitored and the challenges updated accordingly. As a mobile personal trainer I bring the gym to you. No crowded gym floors, no queuing for equipment and no wasted travel time. Sessions are available across Brighton and Hove and take place at your home, garden or local park. Whatever works best for you! I travel with a range of high-quality equipment allowing you to keep fit, get strong and stay flexible in any location (all you need is a bit of floor space!) Including warm ups, cool downs and a personalised program of fitness-building exercises your workout will be done in 30 minutes leaving you plenty of time to get on with your day.
